ダイエットと、血圧を下げていく(*^^*)

正月に調子にのってしまい体重が増加それにともない血圧も上昇(´；ω；｀)とりあえず食生活から見直す事にしました。炊飯器を新調して、明日から玄米(*^^*)ササミ料理と、めかぶ、納豆、豆腐をグチャグチャにしたのやーつを毎日食べてみます(*^^*)
